Q: Will my dog walker and schedule stay the same?
A: Yes! Our team remains the same, so your dog walker and schedule will not change. However, Andrew & Michelle will replace Renae in managing the business and walking dogs. Renae will formally train them, just as she does when onboarding a new team member.

Q: Will pricing, billing, scheduling, or policies change?
A: Pricing, billing, services, scheduling, and policies will all remain the same. The way you request or cancel services will still be done on TimeToPet.

Q: Will I need to sign a new contract?
A: No, your current agreement will remain valid. If any updates are needed in the future, we’ll communicate them in advance.

Q: How will communication work moving forward?
A: You can continue reaching out through TimeToPet as usual. In about 2-3 weeks, once the transition is complete, Michelle and Andrew will take over managing TimeToPet.

A: The process will take about 2-3 weeks. During this time, Renae will be training Michelle & Andrew and ensuring everything runs smoothly before officially stepping away.
